Awaken Your Inner Sun: Vision Board & Sound Experience is a transformative workshop designed to help you reconnect with your inner clarity and intentionally shape your vision for the future. APRIL, 25th and 26th, 2026 - 2-Afternoon Immersion Experience: This immersive two-day experience invites you to reconnect with your inner energy, awaken your creativity, and bring clarity to the vision you hold for your life.
Day 1 – Grounding Your Vision: We begin by exploring the foundation chakras, cultivating presence, stability, and intention. Through voice, meditation, and creative practices, you will start building your Vision Board while connecting with the goals and dreams you wish to nurture.
Day 2 – Expressing Your Inner Wisdom: On the second day, we move into the upper chakras, opening space for authenticity, awareness, and self-expression. You will deepen your Vision Board process and align your vision with your inner wisdom and voice. Throughout the experience, we will explore the images, emotions, and intentions behind your Vision Board, helping you recognize what may be holding you back and where your true potential is ready to unfold—so you can move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and confidence. Before our full Awaken Your Inner Sun : Vision Board & Sound Experience Workshop on April 25 & 26, we are offering a complimentary 1-hour preview session so you can experience the magic for yourself. In this free introductory session, you will : Connect though music and guided meditation - Activate your voice as a tool for personal transformation - Begin visualizing your goals with intention - Experience a taste of the creative process you'll on a deeper level during the full weekend immersion. What to bring : Please bring one image that represents you goal for 2026. We will guide you in expanding that vision and creating a clearer pathway for how this dream can become your reality. This session is designed to set the energetic tone for what you will experience on a larger scale during the full workshop weekend. Duration : 1 hour. Limited to 10 participants only. Les retraites de chant sont ouvertes à tous, sans aucun besoin préalable d’avoir déjà chanté ou participé à un cercle de chant.
Plusieurs types d’activité vous sont proposées durant la journée : cette retraite est plus qu’une immersion vocale. On vous propose une expérience de sororité de qualité entre femmes, rythmée par des rituels de création de mandala, de partage d’un repas ensemble, de chant, de silence, le tout entourés de nature.
Afin de créer une cohésion de groupe et une véritable alchimie, il est préférable de venir à toute la journée de retraite. La retraite est pensée pour aller progressivement ouvrir la voix et renouer avec son être libre et sauvage. Si on rate la matinée ou l’après-midi, l’expérience ne sera pas complète. Peut-être que si tu n’es pas disponible maintenant, tu pourras revenir à la prochaine retraite pour participer à toute la journée.
